All orders ship within 2 business days, pending product availability and credit card verification. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please note: Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. We do not offer replacements or refunds for items marked as delivered.
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received the package, please verify your shipping address and contact the carrier directly.

Returns

If your purchase doesn’t work out, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused.
